For a lot of players, the appeal drops immediately, because the dream was using it in the main CAMP, not tucking it away underground where fewer people will even see it.



Style over function
The Salvaged UFO is one of those items that gets an instant reaction when you first see it. It looks great. No denying that. If you're into alien builds or anything with a retro sci-fi vibe, it has presence. The trouble starts when you try to place it. Uneven terrain makes the whole process a pain, and unless your CAMP setup is already built around flat ground, you'll probably spend more time wrestling with placement than actually enjoying it. What's actually worth buying

The problem, again, is the packaging. Too much old material, not enough flexibility. If you're watching your Atoms, buying only the pieces you know you'll place is the smarter move. Plenty of players are already treating this update as a selective shopping week rather than a must-buy event, and that feels about right.
