The Falling Wall mission in Borderlands 4 takes players deep into Dominion territory, pushing you closer to the showdown with the Timekeeper. Unlike many quests where you can rely on wheels to cut travel time, this mission demands stamina and awareness - no vehicles are allowed inside Dominion. That means you'll need to tackle the journey entirely on foot, climbing, grappling, and fighting your way through.

If you've reached the point where the game tells you to investigate the city wall, you may notice that ECHO-4 doesn't exactly provide a precise waypoint. This can leave you wandering aimlessly across Carcadia Burn. Don't worry - this guide breaks down every step of the Falling Wall walkthrough so you'll know where to go, how to unlock shortcuts, and how to set up your first Dominion Safehouse for future runs.

Starting Out – From Moxxi's to the City Wall

The Falling Wall mission begins right after leaving Moxxi's Bottoms Up, one of the social hubs in Carcadia Burn. Your next destination lies in the center of Lopside, where the game hints at an unusual disturbance. Pull up your map and look toward the eastern edge: you should notice a purple trail of Eridium energy. That shimmering trail is your signpost.

Head east on foot until you reach the entrance to Siltgrasp Canyon. The canyon serves as a natural funnel, pulling you toward Dominion City. Keep an eye out for enemies scattered along the cliffs - they're not especially tough, but they can ambush you in narrow spaces if you're not paying attention.

At the far end of the canyon, you'll spot a grapple point. Use your grappling hook to scale up and continue forward. This marks the beginning of the vertical climbing sequences that dominate this mission. Soon after, you'll stumble across a large wreckage: part of Callis' ship from an earlier storyline.

Entering Dominion City

Once inside the crashed ship, look around for a red button placed near the east-facing door. Press it to unlock the path forward. Doing so transports you into the heart of Carcadia District, officially placing you inside Dominion City.

Advance into the district, staying alert for waves of Dominion soldiers and turrets. As you press forward, watch the environment: to your right, a pile of metal debris can be climbed. Scale this wreckage, and you'll find yourself facing a wind boost. Step into the current, and it will launch you upward toward a grapple point located on the left-hand side.

This sequence propels you higher into Dominion's outer wall defenses, gradually funneling you along a linear path. Eventually, you'll descend into a cave system. Inside, you'll automatically unlock your first Dominion Fast Travel Station: Final Defiance. Make sure to activate it - this station will save you from repeating the entire climb if you happen to fall in battle later.

At this point, your companion Levaine will chime in with some dialogue, providing lore about the Dominion stronghold. Once the conversation ends, continue down the rock slide leading further east into the Carcadia District. Your next major objective is The Lockaway.

Unlocking The Lockaway Safehouse

The Lockaway serves as both a narrative checkpoint and a valuable Safehouse for Dominion missions. To claim it, you'll need to complete a short puzzle involving exploration and item retrieval.

Locate the Mural: Upon entering The Lockaway, turn toward the northwest wall. You'll notice a large mural depicting the Timekeeper, Dominion's enigmatic ruler. Approach the mural and use your grappling hook to latch onto it. The wall conceals a climbable passage.

Every player needs a lot of Borderlands 4 Boosting, I suggest you go to a third-party website like MMOexp to buy, safe and comfortable transactions, and years of experience to ensure the security of your account.
